Normandy is among the very few brands which have said good bye to the convention and dismissed the wood as the main material in the guitar manufacturing process. Instead, Normandy utilizes the aircraft grade 6061 aluminum as the main material for the guitar bodies. Powder Coat Archtop is one of the main models in the Normandy catalog. It belongs to the famed Archtop series. Fully hollow and single-cut body of this quite unusual six-stringer is made of metal in it`s entirety. Vintage styling includes two "f" holes and the rounded contour of the cutaway. Two-piece bridge unit is plated in chrome and is fronted with a pair of Normandy humbuckers. Maple neck rocks the set in joint and a regular 22-fret rosewood fingerboard on top.
