Damien Elite series is an intermediate/upper intermediate line of electric guitars made by Schecter Guitars. Main task of this series is to offer high quality alternatives for players who can not afford a Hellraiser, or Blackjack guitar. Basically, the level of quality is the same, with Damien Elite models having more discreet decorations and styling. Hardware-wise, this series is closer to the Hellraiser series, due to the EMG pickups being the series-wide standard. For 2014, a completely new lineup of the Damien Elite series is being introduced. Damien Elite 7 FR LH comes with a solid and double-cut C-7 body, bolted maple neck, 26-1/2" scale and Schecter hardware. Body is made of mahogany and a two-piece maple cap on it`s top. Crimson Red Burst with gloss finish and black chrome hardware is the only color option available for this model. Floyd Rose Special bridge is fronted with a pair of active EMG pickups (81-7 in the bridge and 85-7 in the neck position). Maple neck is fit with a thin C contour int he back and a 24-fret rosewood fingerboard on the top. Schecter`s locking tuners complete the specs list.
