Solar Guitars is a guitar brand started by guitar players and made for guitar players. The entire concept arose from Ola Englund`s (who is also the founder and CEO of the Solar brand) signature Solar series within Washburn`s Parallaxe range. The current lineup has four regular series/types, and a small signature series. V2.6 is an asymmetrical V guitar, a member of the Type V series` lineup. It costs $749 and offers ferocious tone, superb build quality and modern styling. Carbon Matte is the main color option, coming in with matte finish, black hardware, and a matching headstock. Other notable features include a solid and beveled mahogany body, C-shaped maple neck w/contoured heel, 24-fret ebony fingerboard, string-thru TOM bridge, Seymour Duncan Solar pickups, and Grover machine heads.
