It is an intermediate-class instrument, made for both the amateurs and professionals, alike. Tone-wise, it offers a traditional RK tone, with powerful projection and great sustain. Main features include a bell brass body (non-cutaway design, nickel-plated top/back/sides, twin "f" holes), 9.5" resonator (hand-spun aluminum, Chickenfoot coverplate), 24-7/8" scale, 12th fret neck joint. There`s no official pricing info on Recording King`s website. Other notable features include a Honduran mahogany neck (w/rounded profile, satin finish), 19-fret fingerboard made of padauk (1-11/16" wide string nut, dot inlays), hard maple bridge w/ebony tip, and nickel-plated tuners.
