RC-58 is the flagship model from the Tricone series made by Regal Dobro Guitars. This series features only steel resonator guitars with fully acoustic construction. This particular resonator comes with non-cutaway body made of bell-brass with chrome plating all over. Body is fully hollow inside and fully acoustic, for the Regal Dobro and Saga opted to keep the entire series purely acoustic and free of cables and electronics. On the top, binding, color lacquer and gloss/satin finish are missing, simple and sleek chrome-plated brass is present. Top features a resonator cone with bridge section installed on it. Bridge is placed in the front and backed by a trapezoid tailpiece. Neck is made of mahogany and is the most frequent neck option among Saga brands. 19-fret fingerboard is made of rosewood.
