Alvarez Artist series offers a wide range of guitars suited for players of all levels. One of those models is also AC460C which comes with a classically shaped body with a single cutaway. It is made of mahogany back and sides with a cedar top. This classical guitar features nylon strings and satin finish. The top is bound in several layers of binding and traditionally features no pickguards. Rosette around the sound hole also sports a classic design. Bridge on this model is made of rosewood and it comes with a standard, classical guitar shape.Electronics area features under-saddle pickup with a side-mounted preamp. The neck is attached to the body with a dovetail joint at the standard position at the 12th fret. Rosewood is the material of choice for a standard 19-fret fingerboard.
