Alvarez Masterworks comes just a bit behind it in terms of quality and tone. MD711C is a dreadnought-shaped guitar with single cutaway design and dovetail neck joint construction. Back and sides on this steel-stringer are made of rosewood, while the top is made of spruce. Top panel is bound in natural binding and finished in high gloss.Double circle rosette decorates the sound hole, while the pickguard is scratched from the list. In the bridge section, MD711C features a standard shaped bridge made of rosewood. It is equipped with 20 frets and a custom 12th fret inlay. Hardware is plated in nickel.
