Standard is Cort`s oldest line of acoustic guitars. It`s always been the mainstay of the catalog and the series against which all other steel-stringed Corts were measured. The latest Standard, the concert-shaped AF505 sets a new kind of standard, a standard for short-scaled Cort steel-stringers. It comes with a 24-3/4" scale, 7/8-sized body, and lighter, thinner strings. All the changes were made to bring the joy of music to players who find full-sized acoustics too big and too hard to play. AF505 offers a non-cutaway concert body (mahogany back/sides, spruce top), a mahogany neck (14th fret dovetail joint, C profile), a 20-fret rosewood fingerboard (dot inlays, 1.65" nut), rosewood bridge, die-cast tuners, and traditional X bracing.
