Backwoods Mini Travel Banjo is Dean`s first travel-sized banjo. It was introduced at 2017 NAMM, along with other acoustic and electric models (as the only update of the Bluegrass range). The MSRP for this five-stringer is set at $298.50 (while the price is set at $199.00). Backwoods Mini Travel Banjo starts off with a backless body, standard neck construction and 19-fret fingerboard. Remo head on top and mahogany-made rim make up the body. The neck is also made of mahogany; it sports the standard C profile in the back and fifth string tuner at the fifth fret. The fingerboard on its top has 19 frets, white dot inlays and plastic nut. Die cast tuning machines and movable rosewood/maple bridge complete the specs list.
