SJ-200 Standard is located within the Super Jumbo series in Gibson`s acoustics section of the catalog. It comes with a jumbo-shaped body with non-cutaway construction. It`s back and side panels are made of mahogany, while the top is made of spruce. Top panel is bound in white binding and finished in gloss. Also, it sports an ornate pickguard made of tortoise shell and a discreet double circle rosette. In the bridge section, Gibson installs a mustache-shaped bridge made of rosewood. There are no electronics featured on this six-stringed jumbo acoustic. Neck on this model is made of mahogany and it sports a dovetail joint set at the 14th fret. It is topped with a rosewood fingerboard. 20 frets, crown position inlays and 1.72" wide synthetic bone nut complete the specs list.
