Solid tonewoods, premium electronics and under stated elegance are the key words for this line. For 2012 Guild prepared new models, and they come in shape of the concert sized F-20. There are left and right-handed versions of both the acoustic and acoustic-electric F-20 Standard. Left handed acoustic F-20 standard starts off with a concert sized body made of solid mahogany back and sides and solid spruce top. The body is bound in ivoroid and finished in natural satin. The top is flat and adorned with a tortoise shell pickguard and ivoroid sound hole rosette. The bridge is made of rosewood with bone string pins and saddle. There are no pickups, preamps or mics, this is fully acoustic guitar, just like its pair, the right handed F-20 Standard. The neck on this model is made of mahogany and equipped with a dovetail neck joint at the 14th fret. The fingerboard is made of rosewood with 20 frets. Also, it features dot position inlays, 12" radius and 1-11/16" wide bone string nut. 24-3/4" scale, Gotoh die-cast tuners and red Adirondack bracing finish the specs. The MSRP for this model is set at $2,499.99.
