Natural High Gloss
AE is one of Ibanez`s most recently introduced acoustic-electric series. It is the new flagship series, the line which offers Ibanez`s best and the finest acoustics. Discreet electronics, solid tonewoods, custom-designed inlays, and the overall aura of luxury surround the new steel-stringers. 2018 lineup brings a completely reconstructed AE series, made up of further improved and enhanced models. AE315 is the third most expensive option, being significantly cheaper than AE800 and AE510. It is available only in Natural High Gloss. The core construction features include a single-cut AE body (pau ferro back/sides, Sitka spruce top, black binding), a mahogany neck (AE profile, 14th fret dovetail joint), a 20-fret cultured maple fingerboard (custom-designed inlays, 1.73" bone nut, 25.6" scale), a cultured maple bridge, custom Ibanez electronics, and die-cast tuners.
