Martin Simpson Private Stock model comes with a grand auditorium shaped body with a single cutaway. It is made of cocobolo back and sides and spruce top. The top is bound in natural binding and decorated with a rich sound-hole rosette. The bridge on this model is made of ebony and it comes with a belly shape. Electronics are made by PRS and consist of an under-saddle piezo pickup with a preamp. The neck on this model is made of mahogany and equipped with wide fat contour. The fingerboard on Martin Simpson Private Stock is made of ebony and it features: 21 frets, bird position inlays and 1.81" wide string nut.
