Tony McManus, one of the most accomplished and acclaimed Celtic guitar players is also one of the most important members of PRS`s signature range. His own Private Stock model is based on the Angelus Cutaway (also a Private Stock model), featuring Tony`s own specs. Tony McManus Private Stock Acoustic is an exclusive acoustic-electric guitar. It rocks a single-cut body made of Private Stock grade cocobolo (back, sides) and select European spruce (top). The neck is made of curly maple and it features a wide back contour. On its top PRS installs a 21-fret ebony fingerboard (1-3/4" bone nut, bird inlays, 25-1/4" scale). PRS`s proprietary piezo pickup/preamp system is found in the electronics department. Ebony bridge and PRS tuners complete the specs list.
