Alex Lifeson Thinline Signature Acoustic is one of the most prestigious acoustic signatures built in recent years. The six-string wizard of Canada`s prog rock heroes Rush initially acquired PRS`s Angelus Cutaway guitar and fell in love with it at the first strum. It became his pre-show warmup guitar, and subsequently the base for his first signature acoustic by PRS. Alex Lifeson Thinline Signature Acoustic comes with a 15-1/2" wide single-cut body made of koa back and sides and select European bearclaw spruce. Other tonewood combos are optionally available. Wide Peruvian mahogany neck is topped with a 21-fret ebony fingerboard with bird inlays. Fishman`s Matrix infinity pickup/preamp combo brings an undersaddle pickup and sound hole volume and tone controls. Optionally, LR Baggs mic/preamp system is available. Ebony bridge, bone saddle & nut and gold-plated PRS tuners complete this breathtaking beauty.
