Private Stock is the most exclusive section of PRS`s catalog, a custom shop division to be precise. The roster`s made up of highly customizable electric guitars, exclusive signature models and top class acoustics. Only the finest tonewoods, hardware and electronics are used on its models. Private Stock Tonare Grand® Acoustic is one of several non-signature Private Stock acoustic-electric guitars. It comes with a full-sized Tonare Grand body made of koa back and sides and Adirondack spruce top. The neck is made of top grade Peruvian mahogany; it sports a classic dovetail joint in the back and a 21-fret ebony fingerboard on top (bone nut, paua inlays). PRS`s proprietary piezo pickup/soundhole preamp unit is the default amplification system. Fishman Matrix Infinity combo is offered as option. Ebony bridge and gold-plated PRS tuners complete the specs list.
