Composite Acoustics series also features a Cargo model without amplification. This cargo is in every respect same as the amplified Cargo, but has no electronics. Cargo is Peavey`s name for travel sized acoustics and acoustic-electrics. Except their size, all other features are common with other Composite Acoustics models. Cargo starts the journey with an OX shaped cutaway body, which is made of composite materials. Color options for this model include solid blue, solid red, solid white and solid metallic charcoal, all with gloss finishes. Just like other models in this series, Cargo features no bindings or pickguards. Sound hole on this model is offset and follows the line of the upper bout. The bridge is made of composite materials and features a belly shape with black string pins and black saddle. The neck is also made of composite materials and is one with the body. Due to this one-piece body/neck construction, Cargo does not need a heal to support it at the joint. he fingerboard is made of composite materials and features 20 medium sized frets with no position inlays. 22-3/4" scale length and black hardware finish the list of specs on the Cargo.
