Cargo is Peavey`s travel sized variant in the Composite Acoustics section. It features all of the appointments and construction solutions of it`s bigger siblings, but in a down-sized package. Even the tone strength is there on the level with full-scaled models. Other than that, Cargo is mostly like the Xi series model with it`s red color and offset sound hole. Cargo kicks off with an OX single cutaway shaped body, which is made of composite materials. Currently, it is available in red, blue, white and black color options with gloss finish. The are are no pickguards or bindings on this model, and the bracing is integral part of the body. The bridge is made of composite materials and features a modern belly shape with a set of black string pins and black saddle. In the electronics department Peavey opted for top shelf solution to enable players to plug in wherever the road may take them. The neck on this model is made of composite materials and is one with the body. This construction solution allows the Cargo, as well as all other Composite Acoustics, to have heelless neck. The fingerboard is made of composite materials and features 20 medium sized frets with no inlays. 22-3/4" scale and black hardware complete the specs.
