PD-85 is one of the top models of the Dreadnought Series by Peerless. It comes with a non-cutaway dreadnought body made of solid rosewood body back and sides and a solid spruce top. The top is adorned with a combination of maple and abalone binding. Also, it features a tortoise shell pickguard and triple circle abalone rosette. The bridge is made of ebony and it comes with a belly shape. There are no electronics installed on this model, as Peerless intended it for unplugged play only. The neck is a standard Peerless features and it is made of mahogany. It also sports a C contour. The fingerboard on PD-85 is made of ebony and it comes with 20 frets, abalone snowflake inlays and 1.69" wide bone nut. 25-1/2" scale and luxurious ebony tuners complete the specs.
