VG-50 is a comfortable model, it sports a standard mahogany neck with gloss finish on the back. Neck is attached with a 12th fret dovetail joint to a body made of rosewood back and sides with spruce sound board. The Valencia VG50 is a great guitar. It has lattice bracing which gives it a very even tone across all six strings. It is very well built and beautiful to look at. The solid spruce top gives the trebles clarity and punch,but the bass is a bit weak but not over bearing. It records well in the studio.
