EG444VV is a model from Takamine`s NEX line of G series models. It comes with a single-cut designed body an a dovetail-joined neck. Construction-wise, this is an acoustic-electric guitar and it features TP4T preamp on the shoulder. EG444VV comes with flamed mahogany on all panels of the body, back, sides and top are all made of flamed mahogany. Vintage Violin is the only color scheme available for this NEX and it`s finished in gloss. Top panel on EG444C-VV is equipped with creme binding and abalone rosette. There is no pickguard on this model. Bridge section is a standard one, as it features a regular-shaped belly bridge made of rosewood. Rosewood is also used for the 20-fret fingerboard. Gold is used for hardware plating on this one.
