Takamine`s G range is dedicated to the production of the affordable acoustic and acoustic-electric guitars. These are based on the Pro series models, the upscale part of the Takamine catalog. G320 ranks among the intermediate dreadnoughts in the G segment. It comes with a non-cutaway body made of laminated mahogany back and sides with a spruce sound board on the top. This is pretty much the standard combination for affordable Takamine models. Sound board is bound in black binding and has a black plastic pickguard with Takamine logo on it. Natural satin is the only color option for this work horse. Mahogany is also used for the neck. It features a standard back contour, 14th fret dovetail joint and a regular 20-fret rosewood fingerboard with dot inlays.
