Fall 2011 edition of Taylor`s Limiteds series brought Cocobolo series with two models. GA LTD is one of them and it comes with a grand auditorium shaped body with single cutaway construction. The most prominent feature of this series are back and side panels made of luxurious cocobolo wood. This body is topped with a more standard spruce top. The top is bound in maple binding and finished in gloss. For GA LTD pickguard is omitted from the specs list. Bridge section on this model is equipped with a standard shaped ebony bridge. In the electronics section, taylor Expression System is featured. Tropical mahogany neck is equipped with standard contour and 14th fret dovetail joint. Ebony fingerboard comes with a set of 20 frets, split diamond inlays and 1.75" wide bone nut.
