CN-320AS is one of five new models introduced into the Fender`s Classical series. This series offers affordable nylon-string models, ranging from the beginner`s packs to the all solid models. All of the currently active models are ranked well below the $1,000 line, with CN-320AS being the priciest of them all with $899.99 price tag. The reason for this price tag lies in the solid wood construction. Back is made of solid rosewood, while the top is made of solid spruce. Sides are also made of rosewood. Rosewood and spruce make a fantastic combination, giving one of the most elegant and refined tones. Add the natural tenderness of nylon string tone and this CN-320AS is one of the sweetest sounding guitars in the Fender catalog. Bridge section on this non-cutaway classical is made up of a standard ebony bridge with compensated bone saddle. Neck is made of mahogany and it features the standard contour in the back. It`s attached to the body with a classic 12th fret dovetail joint and topped with a 19-fret fingerboard made of ebony. Classical-sized frets, flat radius and 1-13/16" bone nut complete the fingerboard.
