DL500CE is basically the DL500 with single cutaway and electronics added to the already fantastic mix. DL500CE is also a dreadnought-shaped guitar and it is available in natural color with gloss finish. DL500CE electronics consist of an under-saddle piezo pickup and a side-mounted preamp. Hardware is plated in chrome and the crown piece is the set of six Grover tuners on the headstock. Body is, as it is on DL500, made solely of lacewood. Top panel is bound in multi-ply binding and it`s sound hole is equipped with a single circle rosette. Bridge section is equipped with a standard bridge made of rosewood. Neck is made of a single piece of mahogany and it is topped with a rosewood fingerboard. 20 frets are adorned with abalone inlays.
