HC09TE is an acoustic-electric variant of the HC09, the previous model in the Classical series. Also, it features single cutaway design, which is far more common with steel-stringed guitars. HC09TE comes with two color options, natural and black. They are finished in satin finish. Black is quite uncommon color option for a nylon-stringer, for a vast majority only comes in natural color. Hardware installed on this model is plated in gold and tuning pegs on the headstock also feature the same plating. Body of HC09TE is made of mahogany back and side panels, while the sound board is made of spruce. Bridge section is equipped with a standard classical bridge made of rosewood. mahogany-made neck is topped with a rosewood fingerboard. Set of standard 19 frets with no inlays is installed on it.
