Custom Signature series offers signature and a selection of limited edition models. Both acoustic and acoustic-electric models are featured on the series` roster, with a majority being based on the D-18 and D-28 models. Besides the ubiquitous dread, there are two jumbos and one 0 in the lineup, as well. The colorful D-420 is a one-of-a-kind axe, both stylistically and sonically. It costs $.2,999 and brings a non-cutaway body, simple dovetail joint, 25-2/5" scale, chrome-plated hardware, and forward-shifted X bracing. Custom graphic designed by Robert Goetzl graces the top. Key components include mahogany back & sides, Sitka spruce top, mahogany neck, and 20-fret ebony fingerboard. Other notable features include an ebony bridge and chrome-plated enclosed tuners.
