BR-40CE is an acoustic-electric guitar from the Saga`s Blueridge sub-brand. Blueridge is dedicated solely to the production of acoustic guitars and their catalog ranges from the most basic beginner`s models to high-end exclusive guitars. Saga also contains a multitude of other brands dedicated to different kinds of instruments. BR-40CE is a single-cut dread with Fishman electronics. Blueridge installs Classic 4T pickup/preamp system onto this guitar. Body of this model is made of mahogany back and sides with spruce sound board on top. Black binding, black plastic pickguard and double circle rosette complete the top panel. Bride is made of rosewood and it`s paired with a rosewood fingerboard. Neck is made of mahogany and the Grover tuners on the headstock are plated in gold.
