GJ-10 is a model from the Cigano Guitars` Student series of nylon-stringed Selmer acoustics. This type of acoustic guitar was largely popularized by Django Reinhardt and many jazz and gypsy music players embraced it as their own. Thus the Selmer guitars survive up to this day. GJ-10 is a single cut guitar with fully acoustic construction. It comes made of rosewood back and sides with spruce sound board on top. This body features a small oval sound hole, as opposed to much larger D-shaped one. Also, the top is decorated with black binding and classic rosette. Bridge section comes as a two-piece. Rosewood bridge is in the front and it`s followed by a highly decorative trapezoid tailpiece. Mahogany neck is topped with a 24-fret rosewood fingerboard.
