GS5 12 is a twelve-stringed version of the GS5, the basic model of the GS series. This twelve-stringer is equipped with a grand symphony shaped body with non-cutaway design, as are all models of the series. Grand symphony is one of the smallest standard body shapes in production. This model`s GS body is available in natural color with high gloss lacquer finish. The overall elegant look of this model is completed with a set of gold plated Taylor tuners. Body is made of mahogany back and sides and topped with cedar sound board. In the bridge section, Taylor installs a regular belly shaped bridge made of ebony. Neck is made of mahogany and it is topped with ebony fingerboard. 20 frets, dot inlays, 15" radius and 1.875" TUSQ nut complete the fingerboard.
