Imperial bass lines are not as populous as guitar lines, but still offer great options for young musicians. This one is IMperial FM with four strings. FM in it`s name stands for a beautifully carved flame maple top. There is no binding around or pickguard on the top. Gloss finish seals the only color option available for this bass, the Amber Tobacco Burst. Hardware is plated in nickel and includes a set of four modern tuners in two-a-side formation. Back of the body is made of mahogany and the body features set-in neck joint. Bridge is a hardtail with four adjustable saddles. DBZ makes pickups for this model, Thunder Bass pickup, to be exact. This bridge-positioned humbucker has master volume and two tone knobs. Set mahogany neck is topped with a 22-fret ebonized rosewood fingerboard.
