Thunderbird IV is the basic model of the Thunderbird series. It is the model by which all others are measured and positioned within the series. Gibson`s 1960s Thunderbird design has remained largely unchanged all these years and today`s T`birds wear the classic features with pride. Thunderbird IV is a solid and flat-top model with body made of mahogany. Beautiful Tobacco Sunburst color with gloss finish and black hardware is the only one in the color palette of this model, On the top, there`s a hardtail bridge with four adjustable saddles. T`bird IV comes with a pair of active humbucking pickups installed in the bridge and middle positions. Series standard set of controls in featured with them. 22-fret rosewood fingerboard is installed on top of the mahogany neck.
