Vintage Sunburst
Hl BB ignition is one of two models in the classic Hl series of electric basses made by Hofner. Both models in this line are made with the classic Violin Bass contours and vintage Hofner styling. Hl BB Ignition is a short-scale bass (30") with a hollow body made of maple and spruce. Hofner sells this model in the classic Vintage Sunburst color scheme with gloss finish and chrome-plated hardware. On the top, Hl BB Ignition is fit with a two-piece bridge and a two-pickup combo. Bridge section is made up of a wooden bridge and a trapezoid tailpiece, while the active minibuckers featured the standard set of control knobs and switches. Maple neck is set in and it`s fit with a standard 22-fret rosewood fingerboard.
