Warwick`s Rockbass models are made in China and they represent the affordable variants of their upscale German-made counterparts. Streamer series in rockbass catalog is broadened for 2012 with NT models. NT in Warwick dictionary stands for neck-through construction. These newly introduced models come with four and five strings, also as fretted and fretless. Streamer NT 4 is a solid bodied, double cutaway bass with a body made of alder. Due to it`s catalog position and market aim, this Streamer features no body bindings, top woods or pickguards. This Streamer comes in black gloss, natural high polish and honey violin stain high polish. This body is combined with a maple neck. The neck features ekanga veneers and through-body joint. The fingerboard which tops the neck is made of rosewood and is equipped with 24 fret and Just A Nut III string nut. There are no position inlays on this four-stringer. In the pickup compartment, four-stringed Streamers feature J/P setup. This differs from five-stringers which have two single coil pickups. Streamer NT 4 features active controls made by MEC. Other features include 34" scale and Warwick tuners.
