MH series blends the straightforward, no-frills approach of the M series with the elegance and styling of the H series. The end result is simply astonishing - beautiful guitars with supreme playability and fantastic tone. MH lineup is vast and very versatile, virtually every metal player can find his or her cup of tea within the series roster. Three models reinforce the 2016 edition of the MH series and MH-427 is one of them. Contrary to the indication which number seven in its name gives, 427 is a six-string guitar. It has neck-thru construction, full 25-1/2: scale, passive electronics and double locking bridge. It is available exclusively in glossy black finish.
MH-427`s chassis is a simple one - it features mahogany wings glued onto the sides of a three-piece maple neck. Rosewood fingerboard with XJ frets, 1.65" locking string nut and and 13.77" radius completes the tonewood selection.
Pickups combo consists of a full-sized TB-14 humbucker in the bridge and a slanted HR-1 Hot Rails humbucker in the neck position. Neck pickup is slanted and pulled back towards the bridge to make room for all 27 frets (thus the name of the model, MH-427). master volume, master tone and a three-position blade switch comprise the controls. Floyd Rose Special bridge and Grover tuners complete the specs list.
