1958 Les Paul Lightly Figured is paying tribute to the 1958 version of Les Paul and it`s among the sweetest sounding LPs in current production. Fantastic selection of tone woods, fantastic build and Burtbucker pickups make this beauty sound like it`s from another planet. Burstbuckers are direct successors of the legendary Seth Lover`s humbuckers and are Gibson`s pride and joy. Body of this outstanding LP is comprised of mahogany back and bookmatched flame maple top. Creme binding, gloss finish and plastic pickguard decorate the body. Instead of a stoptail bar, tune-o-matic bridge is backed up with a Bigsby vibrato tailpiece. Set mahogany neck is equipped with '50s contour and it`s topped with a 22-fret fingerboard made of rosewood. Vintage tuners on the headstock are plated in chrome.
