Bloomfield Burst

Gibson Custom makes two models dedicated to Michael Bloomfield. This one is based upon the 1959 LP, just like the other one, with the difference being the vintage original specs treatment that this model comes with. This means period correct materials and appointments, as well as aged hardware. Body of this model is made of mahogany back with flamed maple top. Top is bookmatched, bound in creme and fit with a vintage-styled plastic pickguard. Bloomfield Burst is the only color scheme available adn it`s finished in nitrocellulose gloss. Bridge section is a standard one, as it`s comprised of tune-o-matic bridge and stoptail bar. Pair of Burstbucker pickups is fit in the front. One-piece mahogany neck has '50s contour and set-in joint. Rosewood fingerboard is equipped with 22 frets, trapezoid inlays and 1-11/16" corian nut.
