1959 Les Paul Standard Vintage Original Spec is as close to owning an actual Les Paul made in 1959, one can get. Vintage Original Spec treatment gives one of the best and most faithful reproductions with this 1959 Les Paul Standard. This model comes with a single-cut body made of mahogany back and beautiful flamed maple top. Top panel is carved, bound in creme and equipped with a white pickguard. It is available with Bourbon Burst color scheme with high gloss finish. Tune-o-matic bridge with stoptail bar is featured in the bridge section. Age-correct pickups are installed on this replica and are controlled with a standard set of knobs. Mahogany is also used for the neck and it comes with '50s contour. On it`s top Gibson installs a 22-fret fingerboard made of rosewood.

Exact same filler and stain as used in 1959. Thinner lacquer replicates the 1959 Les Paul's finish and color. The binding has been adjusted 50/1000 to duplicate the 1959 model.
