Standard is among the oldest and most popular models in the catalog, it sets the bar for the rest of the catalog and a general trend for the future. It ranks below the Custom, but above Special, Studio and Junior. This particular Standard is given some extra luxury. It comes with a standard single-cut body with modern contour. Mahogany back is paired with a bookmatched flame maple top. Top is carved, finished in gloss and bound in standard creme binding. Neck on this model is made of mahogany and it features a set in joint. Rounded `50s contour is in the back, while a 22-fret rosewood fingerboard is on the top. Set of two Burstbucker Pro humbuckers is installed on this model. Grover tuners, 24-3/4" scale and 12" fingerboard radius complete the specs.
