Red Rod
Hot Rod Les Paul is one of the hottest LPs out there and it belongs to the Gibson`s Custom division. Hot Rod Les Paul is fittingly assigned hot rod red color scheme with creme binding and chrome-plated hardware. Body of this model is made of mahogany back and maple top. Top is carved and equipped with an elevated pickguard. On top of the body Gibson Custom installs a tune-o-matic bridge with the stoptail bar in the back. These two are found on almost every LP ever made. In the front, a pair of '57 Classic humbuckers is installed. They feature classic LP controls unit and a three-way toggle pickup switch. Mahogany neck is set and equipped with '50s contour. It`s topped with a 22-fret rosewood fingerboard.
