Both USA and Custom divisions have made countless reissues, limited runs, replicas and tributes to the King of Les Pauls, but there never seems to be enough 59s. Standard Historic 1959 Les Paul Standard (released in 2016) is the latest rendition of the classic, arguably the most accurate one to date. Six color options, with regular and VOS finishes, comprise the color palette. All cost $6,499. Main features include one-piece mahogany body, bookmatched flame maple top, one-piece mahogany neck (w/`59 profile), 22-fret rosewood fingerboard (also one-piece), Custom Bucker pickups (PAF reproductions) and period-correct hardware (plated in nickel).
