Trivium`s Corey Beaulieu is one of the most respected and skilled players of the younger generation. Amazing riffs and solos he contributed to the band and overall fretboard proficiency make him worthy of the honor of becoming a member of Jackson`s signature artist family. At NAMM 2013 his signature series was launched with the crew of two models. One is a six-stringer and on a seven-stringer. Both feature modern rendition of Jackson`s legendary King V contour. This article is dedicated to the KV7 model and it comes with a solid alder body. It`s covered with flamed maple top. KV7 does not feature pickguard on it`s top, nor there`s binding around it. Bridge section features a Floyd Rose double locking bridge. It is black and has seven saddles. Pickups installed on this model are made by Seymour Duncan. They`re active Blackouts with extended range for use on seven-stringed guitars. Master volume and a three-way toggle pickup switch complete the controls unit. Maple neck runs through the body and features an ebony fingerboard on top. 24 frets, shark tooth inlays, 1-11/16" locking nut and compound 12"-16" radius complete the fingerboard. KV7 also has Jackson tuners.
