Hollowbody 12 belongs to the Hollowbody section of the Core range. It is one of several currently available models (Hollowbody roster also contains semi-hollow models) and the only one with 12 strings. The finest tonewoods, PRS`s top shelf hardware and classic 58/15 pickups make this beauty worth every penny. Hollowbody 12 kicks off with a fully hollow body made of mahogany (back, sides) and flamed maple (two-piece top, arched, bookmatched). Two "f" holes, gold-plated hardware and elegant top binding grace the body. The neck is made of mahogany, while the fingerboard on its top is made of rosewood. The electronics unit is made up of two humbuckers (58/15) with gold covers and simple controls (master volume, master tone, 3-way pickup switch). Wrap-around bridge and Phase II locking tuners complete the specs list.
