Core series` line of hollow-bodied models contains three models, two renovated Hollowbody II models (one with regular electronic and the other with hybrid piezo/conventional electronics) and 2016 Hollowbody 12. Hollowbody II is an exclusive guitar, based on the classic Custom 22 design. It comes with fully hollow body, set-in neck and 25" scale. Core construction features include mahogany back and sides, figured maple top (two "f" holes, creme binding, classic PRS contour), mahogany neck (glued-in construction, pattern profile) and 22-fret rosewood fingerboard (bird inlays). Hollowbody II is available in a wide variety of color options, just like every other Core series model (shown in Trampas Green w/nickel hardware). Main hardware and electronics appointments include a wraparound PRS bridge, Phase III locking tuners and 58/18 Bass/Treble pickups.
