Boden Prog series is primarily made, as its name suggests, for the progressive rock and metal players. Also, jazz and fusion players might find the Prog Bodens of great value. There are currently two models in the lineup: Prog 6 and Prog 7. Boden Prog 6 rocks a chambered Boden body, bolt-on neck, compound (25"-25-1/2") scale, Suhr electronics, and Strandberg hardware. Prog line has a limited color palette, only Natural and Black finishes are available. Main construction features include a chambered swamp ash body base, 4A flame maple top (two-piece top construction), a maple/carbon fiber neck (5-piece neck), and ebony fingerboard (24 fanned frets, offset dot inlays, 20" radius). Other notable features include a Strandberg Series 5 tremolo bridge and a set of Suhr humbuckers.
