BCR1 is the opening model of the BCR range (the first acoustic B.C. Rich series in a long time) and the only one of five models not to feature electronics. This flat-top steel-string is made for beginners and players who want an affordable practice and travel companion.
BCR1 kicks off with a simple non-cutaway body made of sapele back/sides and spruce sound board on top. The neck is made of mahogany and features 14th fret dovetail joint. There`s a modern C profile in the back and a 20-fret rosewood fingerboard on top (43mm graphite nut, 12" radius, medium jumbo frets).
Other major features include: fixed bridge made of rosewood, die-cast Rich tuners with black plating and a subtle double-circle rosette around the sound hole).
