SFX series is one of the most popular acoustic/acoustic-electric series in Cort`s catalog. It features modern, compact-sized guitars with shallow bodies, necks attached at 14th fret, 25-3/10" scales and a vast array of tonewoods.
SFX-AB is a brand new 2016 model, it was introduced at the winter NAMM. It comes with a single-cut SFX body made entirely of burled ash and a glued-in neck made of mahogany. On top of the neck, Cort installs a 20-fret rosewood fingerboard with dot inlays and 1-11/16" string nut. Electronics section includes a standard Cort combo which is made up of a ceramic pickup and CE304T preamp. Fixed rosewood bridge and die-cast tuners complete the specs list of this affordable SFX model.
