Dean AXS Dreadnought Quilt Ash
AXS/12 Gauge Series Acoustic-Electric Guitars by Dean
AXS/12 Gauge Series Acoustic-Electric Guitars by Dean
Dean`s AXS series comes forth with traditionally styled steel-strings of both the acoustic and acoustic-electric kind. Dreadnought Quilt Ash model is a fully acoustic six-string with non-cutaway construction and somewhat conservative design. The non-cutaway body is made completely of quilted ash, while the neck is made of mahogany. All four of the color options available for this super affordable dread are intentionally designed to accentuate the beautiful grain of the quilted ash, especially on the sound board. Thus, the details such as pickguard and custom graphics were scratched from the specs list, with only a discreet abalone rosette remaining on the top. Fixed rosewood bridge with Nubone saddle can also be found on the top. Mahogany neck is attached to the body at the standard 14th fret and it`s topped with a 20-fret rosewood fingerboard.
