Like the rest of the lineup, this gorgeous dreadnought sports only the finest tonewoods, hardware, and electronics Takamine has to offer at the moment. CP6SSDC is a slope-shoulder dreadnought guitar, made in the finest "Americana" tradition. It offers the vintage design reminiscent of the 1950`s/1960`s acoustics built in the States. Combined solid/laminated construction and Takamine electronics grant the players exceptionally versatile tone, unparalleled playability, and great ergonomics. Gloss Cherry Sunburst (w/chrome hardware, tigerstripe pickguard, white binding) is the only available color option. Core construction features include sapele back & sides, solid Adirondack spruce top, glued-in mahogany neck, 21-fret ebony fingerboard, a fixed bridge (w/split saddle), and CTP3 preamp system.
