Hybrid series offers semi-hollow guitars equipped with mixed (hybrid) electronics, as well as vintage styling. Currently, there are four models in the series` lineup, three right-handed and one left-handed model (this one). Hybrid Special Lefty is available in two options - Spalted Burst and Spalted Maple. Both options feature glossy finish, multi-ply binding, and chrome hardware. Also, the pickups sport wooden covers and rings. Core construction features of the gorgeous Hybrid Special Lefty include a chambered mahogany body, spalt maple top (two "f" holes, two-piece construction), mahogany neck (Standard C profile, set-in joint), and rosewood fingerboard (white binding, abalone inlays, medium jumbo frets, 1.69" Graphite nut). Hybrid electronics system includes two splittable Rockfield humbuckers and Fishman under-saddle pickup (w/Fishman Powerchip preamp). Rosewood MK Acoustic bridge and Grover tuners complete the specs list.
